Sandpiper Lane is a new 8,500 sq. ft. modern coastal residence where our team has been entrusted with the complete interior design. From the start, we’ve directed every decision shaping the home’s character. Kitchens and baths have been fully designed and procured by us, including cabinetry, tile, stone, fixtures, and fittings, ensuring a consistent level of craftsmanship and detail throughout.

Beyond the architecture of the spaces, our design extends into every surface and finish - wall coverings, wallpapers, paint palettes, and specialty treatments have all been carefully selected to bring warmth, depth, and personality. Each room has been considered as part of a unified whole, yet tailored to function beautifully for modern living.

By overseeing both the creative and technical aspects - materials, finishes, and furnishings - we ensure the home is not just visually striking, but also fully livable.
