Despite headwinds in the U.S. market, Hamptons’ high-end real estate market is booming, especially in the mid-luxury segment, as wealthy buyers continue to flock to the seaside enclave. Total home sales rose 21% first-half 2025 vs. same period 2024, with $5M+ home sales increasing 32%. Home sales volume topped $1.4 billion In April-June 2025 alone, according to Realtor.com. Home prices recorded an all-time high at the start of 2025 with median sale price above $2M (this dipped slightly in Q2). More recently, ultra-luxury home prices were up 13.5% in Q2, with a median sale price of $11,350,000, according to Douglas Elliman’s mid-year report.
