Iconic Modern Home was engaged as the interior designer for the Clubhouse and all 45 residences within this luxury townhome community.

Our scope included the complete interior design of kitchens and bathrooms across every townhome, establishing a cohesive design language that feels modern, refined, and highly livable. Each space was thoughtfully planned to enhance architectural flow while delivering a timeless, elevated aesthetic throughout the community.

A defining feature of the project is the extensive custom tilework, fully designed and specified by our team using Porcelanosa tile. From primary bathrooms to secondary spaces, every surface was selected to elevate the interiors, ensure durability, and create a consistent, high-end finish across all residences and shared amenities.

In addition, Iconic Modern Home fully furnished several model residences to showcase the lifestyle and scale of the homes. We continue to work directly with multiple buyers within the community, providing tailored interior design services to personalize their townhomes while maintaining the overall design integrity of the development.
